Chenoweth Homeowners Association

Effective January 1, 2024, the Board of Directors has voted for an increase in the monthly dues for Chenoweth HOA. The increase is a 5% increase per month and is in accordance with the Consumer Price Index for July 2023.

The new dues amount will be $170.00 per month effective January 1, 2024.

If you are on auto draft, your monthly dues draft will be adjusted accordingly. If you send a check automatically from your bank, please update the amount to account for the increase.
